  • When should I start searching for my wedding dress?

    We recommend beginning your bridal gown search 8-12 months before your wedding date. This timeline allows for the 6-month delivery period and up to 2 months for alterations. It's advisable to have your wedding venue and date confirmed beforehand, as this can influence your dress choice. Starting early ensures you have ample time to find and customize your perfect gown.
  • Do you include dress alterations?

    While alterations are not included in our services, we provide a list of our preferred tailors and seamstresses when you collect your dress. Please note that alteration costs vary depending on the specific work required and the individual tailor's rates. These expenses are separate from the dress price.
  • What sizes do you carry?

    Our collection caters to a wide range of body types, with sizes from 0 to 34. If we don't have your exact size in store during your appointment, our experienced staff can help you visualize how the dress will look in your correct size.
  • What price range do you carry?

    Our bridal gowns range from $1,200 to $4,000, with most dresses falling between $1,600 and $2,400. We're pleased to offer a $100 discount on your dress when you make your decision during your first visit.
  • Can I bring guests with me to my bridal appointment?

    We encourage you to bring guests to share in this special moment. Having loved ones present can boost your confidence in your choice. However, we suggest limiting your group to 5-6 guests to ensure a comfortable and focused experience.
  • I found my dress! What payment is needed to secure it?

    Congratulations on finding your dream dress! To initiate the order with our designer, we require a 50% deposit of the total cost. You have a 24-hour window to cancel your order for a partial refund of half your deposit. After this period, cancellations result in a forfeited deposit. The remaining balance is due before the dress leaves our store. Once the dress has left our premises, it's considered a final sale and cannot be returned.
