It can take up to 6 months to get your dress into our store. Alterations are more than likely going to be needed for your dress, as well, which can take up to 2 months. As such, we recommend starting your bridal search at least 8-12 months in advance of your wedding date. We also recommend having your wedding venue and date reserved so that you can envision the look of the dress that goes along with your venue type.

While we do not include alterations, we do include our preferred tailors/seamstresses in the information provided to you with your dress when picking it up from our store. Alteration pricing can vary by the work done to a dress and by the tailor themselves. Please be advised the cost of alterations is not included in your dress price.

We believe in providing options for every body type. While our in-store sample sizing range from 8-24, we can accommodate sizes 0-34 when ordering your actual dress. Even if a certain dress may not fit you exactly at your appointment, we can easily help you to envision what that dress will look like on you in your correct size using our bridal clips.

Our dresses cost anywhere from $1,200-$4,000. Most dresses fall in the $1,600-$2400 price range. Remember, you do get $100 off of your dress total when you say YES on your first visit!

Yes! In fact, we love when your guests come along! Finding your dress is a very big step in your wedding journey and we like to treat it like an experience to share with your closest family and friends. It also helps in making you feel confident in your choice. However, we suggest bringing no more than 6 guests.

We understand, your dream dress is no small investment and we are so honored you chose us and found the one! In order for us to order your actual dress from our designer, we will need 50% of your dress’s total cost. Should you change your mind, you have 24 hours to cancel your order for a refund of your deposit. Cancelling your dress order after 24 hours, is considered a forfeited deposit. Furthermore, cancelling your dress after 48 hours is not permitted and still requires the dress to be picked up and paid in full once it arrives at our store.

The remaining balance of your dress is due before the dress leaves our store. Once the dress leaves our store, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
