When should I start searching for my wedding dress?
It can take up to 6 months to get your dress into our store. Alterations are more than likely going to be needed for your dress, as well, which can take up to 2 months. As such, we recommend starting your bridal search at least 8-12 months in advance of your wedding date. We also recommend having your wedding venue and date reserved so that you can envision the look of the dress that goes along with your venue type.
-
Do you include dress alterations?
While we do not directly include alterations, we do have an alterations specialist come into our store for your convenience. An appointment needs to be made with us for your dress alterations appointment. Keep in mind, the cost of alterations is not included in the price of your dress. The cost of alterations will be determined by our alterations specialist.
-
What sizes do you carry?
We believe in providing options for every body type. We can accommodate sizes 0-34. While we may not have dresses that fit you exactly at your appointment, we can easily help you to envision what that dress will look like on you in your correct size.

What price range do you carry?
Our dresses cost anywhere from $1,200-$3,800. Most dresses fall in the $1,600-$2400 price range.

Can I bring guests with me to my bridal appiontment?
Yes! In fact, we love when your guests come along! Finding your dress is a very big step in your wedding journey and we like to treat it like an experience to share with your closest family and friends. It also helps in making you feel confident in your choice. However, we suggest bringing no more than 5-6 guests.

I found my dress! What payment is needed to secure it?
We understand, your dream dress is no small investment and we are so honored you chose us and found the one! In order for us to order your actual dress from our designer, we will need 50% of your dress’s total cost. Should you change your mind, you have 24 hours to cancel your order for a partial refund of half of your paid deposit. Cancelling your dress order after 24 hours, is considered a forfeited deposit.
The remaining balance of your dress is due before the dress leaves our store and/or before any alterations are started.
